On Thursday 9th September Chris, Sales Team Leader, and Laura, Marketing Executive, attended the Engineering Talent Awards in London. The awards celebrate diversity within the engineering and technology profession.

The Engineering Talent Awards was our first in person event since the beginning of the pandemic, and my first event since joining Recite Me. With it being my fist event I was slightly nervous, but I had absolutely nothing to worry about - it was a brilliant night from start to finish.
The Awards were held at the Leonardo Royal London Tower Bridge hotel, which was a lovely part of London to visit!
The evening started with photos and a drinks reception, followed by welcome speeches and a delicious meal. Then, was the part of the night everyone had been waiting for - the awards! The atmosphere was amazing! We spent our night cheering for and celebrating so many inspiring people and organisations.
It was an incredible night which gave me the chance to meet incredible people!
