About Recite Me

In today’s digital age, we believe everyone should be able to access web content in a way that works for them. Our mission is simple but powerful: to make the online world accessible for all.

And we’re not alone in this journey. Thousands of global organisations, including Coca-Cola, VW, and British Gas, already use Recite Me software to enable greater accessibility for their online content, products, and services. Over the past 12 months, we’ve supported over 7 million users, breaking down barriers to digital access every day.

With recent investment and an exciting roadmap of innovative products, Recite Me is evolving from a scale-up into a global market leader. We’re a founder-led, mission-driven company where our brand is deeply rooted in the story of our CEO, Ross Linnett, and our collective commitment to inclusion.

Now, we’re looking for a talented Brand Marketing Manager to join our team and help us take our brand awareness to the next level.

About the Role

Recite Me is seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Manager with a SaaS background to own and amplify our brand across multiple channels. You’ll be responsible for strengthening our founder-led brand, showcasing client impact stories, and driving visibility through events, media, and partnerships.

This is a highly visible role where you’ll work closely with our CEO, Global Head of Marketing, and Partnerships team to ensure Recite Me’s brand is present everywhere our audiences are, from industry conferences and webinars to social platforms, podcasts, and press.

You’ll have a direct impact on business and brand growth by:

●      Building thought leadership campaigns around our founder and mission.
●      Showcasing client successes through stories, case studies, and advocacy.
●      Driving high-impact events and media opportunities that raise our profile.
●      Strengthening Recite Me’s position as the go-to accessibility partner.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Thought Leadership

  • Own Recite Me’s brand positioning and ensure consistent, mission-led messaging across all channels.

  • Collaborate closely with our founder and CEO, Ross Linnett, to amplify his story and voice through LinkedIn, media, events, and speaking opportunities.

  • Design and deliver brand campaigns that build awareness, connect emotionally, and cut through the noise.

  • Create mission-driven campaigns around accessibility milestones (e.g. GAAD, National Inclusion Week, DOJ deadlines) that link back to Ross’s founder journey.

  • Lead Recite Me’s entry into relevant awards and recognition programmes to elevate brand credibility and thought leadership.

Events & Partnerships

  • Plan and execute events including trade shows, webinars, podcasts, roundtables, and lunch & learns.

  • Maximise speaking opportunities and sponsorships that position Recite Me as a thought leader.

  • Work with partners on co-marketing initiatives that expand visibility and drive joint value.

  • Manage pre-event promotion, onsite branding, and post-event nurturing to deliver ROI.

PR & Media

  • Build relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and industry bodies.

  • Develop and distribute press releases, opinion pieces, and media content to secure consistent coverage.

  • Proactively pitch founder-led and client-led stories to generate thought leadership opportunities.

Measurement & Optimisation

  • Define and track brand metrics (awareness, share of voice, media coverage, advocacy engagement).

  • Monitor campaign and event ROI, providing insights and recommendations.

  • Stay ahead of trends and competitor activity to continuously improve Recite Me’s brand strategy.

  • Track record of executing client marketing programmes such as case studies, video stories, or advocacy initiatives.

  • Project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
